Ingredients
  

  • 2 Yellow Onions Diced
  • 2 Apples Cored and Diced
  • 6 oz Tomato Paste
  • 1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Paprika (optional: smoked)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil

Method
 

  1. Sautee onion and apples with avocado oil in a small sauce pan until golden and soft, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Pour mixture into a high-power blender, such as a Vitamix, and puree until smooth
  4. Use as a condiment for meat or vegetables, or in any standard barbecue recipe.
