Thank you for a very insightful post. I use progesterone cream twice a day to help with irregular periods, anxiety, and low levels of progesterone. Is tracking my BBT still something I can do since I use progesterone everyday before bed and in the morning (expect on my period) I just don’t know if it will affect the reading. Thanks so much for your help!
