Welcome to the Nutra-Intuition 2019 Healthy Habits Campaign!

The start of a new year is one of the most popular times to start new health initiatives. Many of us are aware that our habits don’t serve to promote our health as much as they could, but it can be difficult to identify the areas of our lives that need work. When I work with clients one-on-one, I often hear them saying that they know they need to change, but don’t know where to begin! If you can identify with that sentiment, I want to help you this year.

My clinical approach is founded upon five pillars of health:

  • Sleep
  • Stress
  • Exercise
  • Nutrition
  • Spirituality

I’ve seen time and time again that if any one of these areas is lacking or out of balance, it affects that person’s health in a profoundly negative way. Starting January 7th, we will be leading a campaign to promote healthier habits for 2019.
Throughout the year, we will focus on one of the five health pillars, discuss the importance of self-care in that area of your life, and outline a practical step that you can take each week toward a healthier you! In addition to that week’s health challenge, the campaign email will include an interesting fact related to the pillar of current focus, a healthy recipe, a product recommendation, and a reflection on the challenge from the previous week.
